All works are sold unframed and unstretched unless otherwise specified.

Monitor colors are different from real colors, therefore I cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will accurately reflect the color and tone of the real painting.

How do I buy one of your paintings?

Easy! You have 2 options:

Why should I buy the painting directly from you?

Buying directly from me will give you the opportunity to support my artist career, and it will help me to create more art. 

I want to purchase one of your works, how can I reach to you?

You just have to visit the Contact page and fill in the form. In the message, please specify the work you would like to purchase. I’ll be back to you as soon as I can. You can also e-mail me to: [email protected]

If you have seen a piece of art that you will love to purchase but find that the price is too high, please feel free to make a (reasonable) offer, and I will consider it. Select the work and use the Request a quote page to place the offer.

If you want to purchase more than one painting use the Request a quote page and I will consider a discount.

What payment methods are available?

Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Cash if you are in Florence!

SHIPPING

Where are you located?

I’m located in Florence (Italy) and the artwork will be delivered directly from my studio. 

Where do you ship?

To most countries in the world. Unfortunately I do not ship to Russia since it is complicated and costly.

Is shipping included in the price?

Shipping is included unless otherwise specified.

How will my artwork be shipped?

I sandwich the artwork between two layers of acid free paper. Then I roll the paper-covered artwork around a small tube to provide inner support. I roll a layer of bubble wrap around the artwork for padding, and I seal with tape. I place this small tube within the sturdy mailing tube, and I fill extra space at the ends with extra bubble wrap. End caps are sealed with packing tape.

I always send artworks this way, and they have always arrived safely at their destination!

You will find a special “thank you” message, and the Certificate of Authenticity of the artwork inside the package.

What shipping methods are available?

I usually use The Shipping Company which is an authorized dealer of FedEx, Dhl, Sda, Brt and other courier services.

How long does it take to receive my painting?

I will start packing the artwork as soon as I receive the payment! 

Artwork sent outside of Italy may be subject to duties, taxes and/or fees according to your country’s regulations. It is your responsibility to pay import duty if charged. Please contact your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes.

Transit time depends on your location and on the processing time of the artwork documents. Italian customs require a self-certification in order to export a contemporary artwork. This procedure can take from 7 to 14 working days. I will ship the artwork once I get the self-certification issued by the Export Office. Delivery times may vary due to the completion of this practice. 

In addition to this 7-14 days, delays may sometimes occur, for reasons beyond mine or the courier’s control. These might include things such as, severe weather, or pandemic situations (customs processing in Italy has a 3-4 week delay due to pandemic).

Your artwork will be delivered to the address you gave on your order. Please be at home to accept the delivery!! I will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you tell the delivery company to leave the artwork unattended.

If you are not at home to accept the delivery, the artwork may be returned to my studio and I will have to charge you an additional re-delivery charge.

How do I track my order?

I will send you a scanned copy of the shipping company document with a track & trace code so that you can track the shipment. 

AFTER BUYING

How do I carefully open my artwork that has arrived in a mailing tube?

Take extreme care when you handle your new artwork.

I paint on unstretched canvas, so my artworks need to be stretched when they arrive. 

When you receive the artwork, it’s best to take it to your framer immediately so that he stretches it. Artwork not being stretched and/or framed immediately should lay flat.

I would recommend only unrolling the artwork when you are ready to frame or have a large flat surface ready to keep the artwork protected. 

If you are ready to unroll the artwork inside, place the artwork on a flat surface, carefully remove the tape and unroll the artwork. 

Please avoid touching the painted surface directly with your fingers. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Do you accept returns?

I do accept returns. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the artwork within 7 days. You will need to send the artwork back to my address in Italy in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping. You should use a trackable shipping service. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund. Transaction fees will be also deducted from the refund.

The artwork must be in the same condition that you received it. Artworks that have been altered (stretched or modified) after purchase are not returnable. It must also be in the original packaging

Commissioned art cannot be returned/refunded.

If the package is damaged during delivery, and you want to return it, please take photographic evidence of the artwork and packaging, and details of your actions before returning the artwork.

To return your product, e-mail me to [email protected] and I will give you the address for the return shipment.

When will I get the refund?

It may take some time before your refund is processed.
